Disable auto-sort in Windows 7 folders

How to disable strictly sorting and auto arrange in Windows 7 and allow free arrangement of files in folders.

I had a customer ask for a fix for this today, and I found this, above.  Or you might prefer to do like I did (after reviewing the batch file's contents) and run the batch file (saved procedures) that he created, here.  It worked!
